How often do status levels reset?

All status levels except for “Icon” are permanent. This means that once you acquire enough points to advance to “Player, Contender, or Legend,” your account will have those benefits available for life. The Icon level is reviewed every six months to ensure that the player is still active and eligible for those benefits.

For example, if you acquired 72 status points in January, 554 in February, 16 in March, and 54 in April, you would still receive all of the rewards for Contender and below. The only time this would change is if you advanced to the Legend status.

Are ultimate points the same as status points?

No. Ultimate points are used in the official UB store for licensed merchandise, exclusive tournament entries, and monthly cash rewards. Status points are strictly for ranking purposes in the RAI$E program. Status can be used and accumulated towards clearing your ub bonus code promotion.
